Advocate Jarosław Woźniak’s Legal Office provides legal services for business entities on the basis of fixed contracts under which it is possible to obtain legal assistance in all matters of the company for one flat-rate monthly fee. The details of cooperation are determined in an individual contract. It is possible to provide a company with legal advice both in its headquarters and by electronic communication. Under the agreement, the Office deals with legal issues related to controlling contracts and other legal documents of a company, provides consultations and assistance in business negotiations, deals with debt recovery, employee affairs in view of the provisions of the Labour Code as well as it represents the Client before tax authorities, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and, of course, the Court.
