Cooperation with individual Clients mainly concerns conducting a particular, single case at the pre-judicial, judicial, and executive stages.
Entrusting a case to a lawyer is usually preceded by a meeting at the Office, when the Client presents the case that requires legal assistance. Apart from that, during this meeting, a strategy that is supposed to provide the fastest possible assistance for the Client is developed.
Having devised the methods of operation in the Client’s case, the parties sign the mandate contract on the basis of which the Office as the contractor undertakes actions on behalf of and for the principal.
Every Client is informed about the progress of the case entrusted to the Office on an ongoing basis by e-mail or phone. Any decisions on cases are also consulted with particular Clients so that they have the final impact on the outcome of the entrusted cases.
